Qualifications
- At least 3 years of formal culinary experience or food service management at a busy restaurant or hotel kitchen.
- Experience using kitchen equipment and a thorough understanding of cooking methods, food preparation techniques, and sanitation procedures.
- Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or food service is preferred.
- Time management and organization.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Food handler's certification (if required).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Compensation & Benefits
- $25.00 per hour
- Hotel / Airbnb accommodation for out-of-city weddings or events
